"Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience."

Virtually walking distances to everything you can imagine. I consider this a good strategic location because it puts me within 15-20 of some of Nairobi most popular estates and malls. Friendly and professional staff with a nice restaurant and bar available inside. "

"We stayed at 3 different hotels in Nairobi, all about the same price. This one was the best of the bunch by a long shot. Clean, pool, nice bar, helpful staff, convenient and safe location for restaurants and shopping. Got us a boxed breakfast since we had to leave at 5 am. A real winner !"

"Excellent price for the place including breakfast. Biggest issue was there is no screen on the window and no netting so got bit all night long from mosquitos. Had to close the widow but with no AC or fan was very hot. Also killed two cockroaches."
