"On arrival Monday 4.30pm, this is a really lovely property, clean & tidy, parking not a big issue, quiet street, but the property was freezing cold, heating thermostat set at OFF, boiler was on. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS. "Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful.
