"We had a fantastic stay here! Soren at the front desk was absolutely incredible - quick, attentive, kind, and helpful. Our room was also quite nice; it resembled more of a flat, as there was a kitchenette (including a stove and oven) and a couch in addition to the bed and desk area. The air conditioning worked very well and the property was located in a quiet but walkable/accessible area. We will definitely be back!"

"Was not able to check into the property as there was no one there. I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back."

"Firstly, great location. Perfect for visiting Hammersmith. The beds themselves were fine. However, one toilet was blocked and overflowed. I reported this twice to the receptionist who did absolutely nothing. Toilet water all over the floor of the bathroom. Was also incredibly hot at night during the heatwave."
