"We had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Adelaide. The Club Room was a real highlight — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully serviced throughout my visit. The staff were wonderful, offering warm, personal service that made us feel genuinely looked after. While the hotel’s design shows its age, it is exceptionally well maintained and run with real pride. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the Rockford is. The rooms are a little dated but everything was lovely, the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, easy parking and close walk to Rundle Mall. Will definitely stay again."

"This is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Good local restaurants, convenient to Arundel Mall and to Adelaide Oval.Lots of interesting walks nearby. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. There is an excellent bar and breakfast was better than most (the sourdough rye bread was delicious). Highly recommended."

Found this hotel online and didn't expect too much based on the price. The reviews were pretty good so we booked it. But it was fantastic. The only disadvantage was where hotel was located, quite a few homeless people who were clearly under the influence, seem to be around the area. But in saying that, it is a great location where we were able to walk to all places in and around Adelaide. Breakfast was great too!

A short undercover walk from baggage area to hotel entrance. Welcoming friendly staff.
Amazing bed
Restaurant on site or room service with quality food.
Would highly recommend for those flying in late and out early from Adelaide airport. Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveller

The small alley is dirty and very badly smelling.
Another matter. I am supposed to have got some poits or reward. On August 1st I will be staying in Holiday inn in Auckland. Ask them to look after me.

IStay has a range of room types. My review is about the Sky View which, for my booking, cost only a little more than standard rooms. All rates vary widely depending on what events are on - you can get a pretty good deal if you're able to be flexible with visit dates.

Blown away by how well designed, beautiful and functional everything is at Marriot Adelaide. All brand new and very well laid out. Bathrooms are spelling and functional. Clever two way wardrobe lets you hang clothes from bedroom and retrieve from bathroom. Great views of Adelaide to the South from our room. Comfy beds. Nespresso coffee always a nice touch :)

Wasn't expecting such a nice spacious room, very 'olde world' as becomes a former Treasury building. My room was on the ground floor so there are no views as the hotel is on a busy street corner. There was no noticeable noise. The courtyard is very relaxing for a light meal or drink.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Hilton
Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly period to visit Hilton is from June to August, when hotel prices are generally lower. For a fulfilling experience, it is recommended to stay for at least 2 to 3 days to fully explore the town's essential landmarks and cultural sites. During your visit, you can discover attractions such as the history museum, modern fountain, urban park, town hall, symbolic landmark, visitor centre, and the charming public market. Additionally, don't miss the marina, family beach, and the transport museum, all of which offer great value for money and an insight into the rich heritage of the area.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals at Hilton on Hotels.com, visit the Deals or Last-Minute Deals sections, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com could help you stay informed about flash sales and exclusive promotions, ensuring you’re aware of potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping feature within the app serves as a comparison tool, allowing you to evaluate hotel prices and amenities. This way, if rooms become available or prices drop, you’re more likely to be among the first to know and book a spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at a Hilton hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we will suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you to secure a better deal.
Consider your location: Opting for accommodation nearer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with a higher price tag. For more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to your intended destinations. You could also look into independent hotels located further out, which are usually likely to be more affordable and can offer a more authentic experience.
