Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"

"Had a great stay at Trion Kuala Lumpur by Five Senses! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend!"

"The setup for the kids was really nice, however, the property was not clean, the bedsheets and the towels were old and dirty. I tried to ask for refund but he kindly offered to replace the towels and bedsheets and to clean the apartment."

The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place."
