"Such a beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard and pool. We were the only guests and our room had a stunning view of the mountains as requested. Great breakfast with home made cakes and plenty of cold meat, cheese and bread. Very helpful staff, although limited English spoken."

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
