"We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast. "Although new Cairo is a residential spot without many atractions, this hotel allows a 5 star experience isolated from the noise and inconvenience of central Cairo. The rooms are clean and spatious. The breakfast is also fine. I would only complain about club lounge which is almost closed and empty."
