"The house is amazing, beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. All the staff we interacted with were very nice. The pool area is nice with a good bar, the breakfast buffet felt more like a restaurant experience then a typical buffet. We stayed for a break after getting married and were welcomed with a nice note and a bottle of complimentary wine which was a nice touch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Overall the hotel was fine. However, on our first night of turning in we were horrified to find a large brown mark on the bottom sheet of the bed which was either faeces or blood and certainly had not been washed. We know this because the stain also soaked the mattress protector underneath. One has to wonder how this was missed???? I had to take the sheet down to reception to show them and request a change. This was done with the utmost speed. The lady who did this was quick efficient and very pleasant. One thing lacking from the reception staff was an apology. I speak and understand Spanish and can tell you there wasn't an apology in either language. Very disappointed "
