"The Huntington is lovely but still get up to speed on service. The waitstaff at the Big 4 was inattentive and it took a very long time to check into the hotel. Also the shower lacked hot water and I was surprised there was no turndown service. The property is beautiful and has only been open one month. I am confident these small issues will be resolved the longer they are open."

It was SF at night our teenagers in their own room across from ours. A dim lit watering hole a block away to shed the last hours of the night and great sandwiches next door to take to the Palace of Fine Arts the next day."

"The room was clean but needs updating. Bed is a little wobbly. No airconditiining. The staff was excellent and accomodating. Lot's of resto nearby and a grocery right beside. "

"Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Free daily glass of wine was a nice touch. Unfortunately you need to be careful at night as there is a large number of homeless people roaming the streets a block over if you happen to turn right out of the hotel. "

"Overall good for the price. Clean private bathroom. Pillows and comforters need to be renewed as there were blood stains on them. I used the clean pillows though. Overall it does the job. I liked the no reception concept. Using digitally locked keys is secure and smart. All the stores are nearby. Location is good. "
