"The spa was fantastic as was the gym. Breakfast came with lots of choice in a wonderful setting. I enjoyed going to nearby Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner. The staff was what made this place particularly fantastic. I highly recommend this place !"

"We were welcomed at the hotel and made to feel comfortable and at ease from the very first moment. The hotel has lovely views being right next to the Mandovi River. The swimming pools are a good size and there are plenty of sun beds to use while at the pool. There is a nice Spa on site. The hotel is very clean and staff put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds clean and presentable. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating – particular mention goes out to Sweta and Rahul. Shriram...

"Very friendly staff and good service. Also coffee was great! Unfortunatelly the hotel suffers for a mold problem but then again so do most of the other hotels in Goa too. This is definitelly among the better ones."

"Clean room and great food. Staff was helpful and friendly. "

"Great place to relax. We had comfortable room with big bathroom. The service was excellent. "

"In my experience visiting Fortune for the first time when they opened back in 2017, it’s honestly been one of most family oriented hotels in the state of Goa. The place hasn’t changed as much, and I quite like that. The staff and management are all lovely individuals and will ensure your stay a pleasant one, I guarantee that."

"Pool was great, did not get a chance to see SPA, had a very stay. Hopefully next time will stay long. Breakfast was good and staff was amazing."

"We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again!"

"Small cozy hotel, well managed, clean and neat- cooperative staff"

"Helpful and charming staff, clean hotel with excellent food and prices very reasonable. Would recommend highly. Big thankyou to everyone who made us welcome and at home. "

"Room facility is poor and Airconditon is very old , Bathroom and bedroom no privacy, bathroom activities visible from bedroom no curtains and space between wall and door "

"Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too. However the wifi was a bit erratic "

"Terrible service. Loud noise on ground floor, put us there even though I booked a superior suite three weeks ago indicating I was staying with a young child. The pool is a little more than a bath tub at the back. No room to relax "

"We stayed at Treehouse Neptune, Panaji for 4 nights. Rooms are of a decent size and offer good overall comfort. Fixtures/ accessories used in the room are of high quality/ top brands and lend a premium feel to the room. Staff are polite and service is up to the mark. Breakfast offered is decent enough and offers both veg/ non-veg options, guests can also go for eggs made to order. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is centrally located and close to all major restaurants/...

"Room in particular bathrooms are very bad and they don’t give simple tea/ coffe with hot water "

"Et helt supert hostell der bildene samsvarer med virkeligheten. Folkene i resepsjonen var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Rommet blir vasket hver dag, samt på forespørsel."
