A great French breakfast was included and you can order dinner (be sure to ask the host in the morning) with fresh and high quality local delicacies. The host was also very friendly and helpful. "We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. Breakfast was lovely, freshly baked breads, house made yogurt and jams, fresh squeezed OJ, local honey, ham and cheeses and fresh fruit. We enjoyed dinner at the Auberge...

The Chateau is stunning , and set in a great position to explore the local tourist attractions and Dordogne. "The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....
