"Close to London City AirPort. We had an early morning flight from LCY and very convenient."

"Check in/out was seamless with pleasant staff. The executive room with water view balcony was lovely and clean. Air con worked nice during the heatwave one night, but was blowing out warm air during our second night which was the only blemish on a fantastic stay. Breakfast was self service and kept nice and hot. There’s a few eating places and convenience stores within a five minute walk. With the Custom House Elizabeth Line train station within five minutes, you’re just less than 20 minutes...

The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed.
