"The staff are friendly and helpful. They explained clearly to me about the ski packages and feel free to call them for a ride. Breakfast was nice, included Japanese and some western dishes."

Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating"
