They were incredibly helpful during our stay, from getting us a dinner reservation last minute to finding a doctor to come to us when our baby became ill during the trip. "It was just off the Palazzo Vecchio which was nice because it was always easy to find the way home as data wasn't always working well in Florence but it was on a side street that I think was overall quieter. It was close of most things in city center and had good food near it. The room was big which was lovely and the bathroom was also spacious. Its not pictured but they also had a washing machine which was so necessary. The AC also worked so well and was a God send during the 95 degree hot days"
