"utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in room (after 10.00 AM only) anything extra is chargeable, after breakfast at 10.00 AM when do they expect to go for work, VERY VERY WORST these are honest opinion and anyone doesn't believe please do...

For improvement would be the sound proofing for rooms & corridors and perhaps a nicer bar than just the lobby one. In reality an excellent 4 star hotel than luxury 5 star. Overall recommend though & would stay there again. Very good value for money."

"I had such a wonderful time at this amazing hotel!! I was a single female traveler in March 2026, and I felt safe and secured here. I even had the opportunity to take a quick dip in the pool. The top floor restaurant overlooking the Taj Mahal is amazing! Thank you to this lovely place."
