"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "Wir haben die Lodge Gänseblümchen wegen Balkon, Kamin, Bergblick und 2. Bad gebucht. Vor Ort dann die Enttäuschung - separat abgelegene Terrasse in irgendeinem Noteck ohne Lodge Zugang (kein Hinweis beim Check Inn), Terrasse ohne Beleuchtung, ohne Sonnenschirm und defekter Sonnenliege. Liebloser geht kaum noch. Kein Kamin und fehlendes 2. Bad ist nahezu belanglos.
