"Nice size room I was expecting a standard double bed so was surprised and pleased to find we had super king size bed…two divans connected together..There was an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Nice large bath with overhead shower. Tea making facilities …..although would have been quite nice to have some biscuits ! Lounge area very nice classic style and dining room.We did decide to have breakfast on the day and were pleased with it. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Lovely garden area...

"Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Staff were polite and breakfast was ok. Only small downside was no restaurant for a evening meal,but the White Horse pub across the road serves lovely food and you get a 10% discount when you show your room key."
