"Everything was perfect and comfortable, near Aeon and convenience store"

"I really enjoy my time here. The rooms were nice and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. A walkable distance from susukino in a nice quiet neighborhood. Only issue is if there are residents upstairs you can hear every step they take."

"Self check-in is convenient. The room has mini kitchen and you can prepare the meal yourself. But not many dishes provided. Car park nearby. Take around 10minutes from JR station. The place suitable for the people who driving car or taking public transportation. The room is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place and will stay again."

"객실은 여느 일본 숙박시설과 같이 깨끗하고.무엇보다도 지하철 역과 매우 가카워 편리합니다"

"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There are no humans present, everything is done via tablet, but it works. "A very nice hotel with modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, an amazing view (we were on 17th floor), and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel was a quick taxi from the train station and one can easily walk to the botanical gardens and Odori Park as well as to the subway & streetcar. This was the best hotel we stayed during our 18-day trip through Tokyo-Tohoku-Hokkaido."

"This is an excellent hotel, slightly off the tourist beaten path, with a quiet and elegant vibe. The rooftop bar has a view of Sapporo that is exquisite. The staff is attentive and helpful. Free shuttle bus to new Chitose airport. Excellent breakfast options. Walking distance to Odori Park and Subway and street cars, this is an excellent choice if you want to stay out of tourist mayhem."

"6人家庭成員住，2個浴室2個洗手間很適合。經後面公園行2分鐘到7-11便利店，附近亦很多餐廳。 唯一不便是住宿沒有泊車位置，要在附近停車場泊車。"

"Comfortable bed and room!"

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."
