"We reserved a superior room with views of the salt marsh and it was of excellent quality. On entering the hotel there is a fantastic aroma and it’s obvious the hotel has undergone some refurbishments fairly recently. The reception staff were helpful and very efficient, we ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and the quality of our meal was also of a high standard. "Fourth visit to this hotel so must be good. Just across the road from the old medieval town centre. 10 minute walk to marina waterfront. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking for a fee €15. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby"
