"Like the security for the rooms, the facilities and being able to put an evening meal together rather than paying to eat out. Also as i currently work in Newark it's very handy for that. Not to be put off but it's also very handy for shopping, eating and drinking also both the train stations ate within walking distance with Castle Station closer than Northgate. No doubt i'll be sraying again soon."

"We booked a little stop over on our way further up north during the school holidays. The hotel could do with a refurb and upgrading but it all in all, we couldn’t complain about the service provided by the staff. We especially received good service at breakfast time by Jane who was very helpful. Swimming, sauna and steam room was good fun for the kids and all of us. "

"Excellent staff as per usual and very helpful. Although the hotel is ideal for our needs it is looking tired and in need of TLC. Plenty of parking and with everything under one roof it makes it a good choice for a short stay. This time there was a large function on both nights which would have been good to have known before so that we could have had the chance to change the dates."
