"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...

The staff are extremely friendly and always make me feel welcome from the moment I arrive. "After a few nights in Graz we moved out to the Amedia Express Graz Airport because we had an early flight. This hotel is perfectly located next to the train station and a short walk to the airport. Check-in was pleasant and the room had everything we needed in terms of comfort and wifi. Yes, except for a fridge, but we kept our soda cold in a bag out the window... The hotel has a nice lobby area with nice sofas where we sat for a few hours in the evening. There are also several restaurants...
