"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "The hotel is in a good location by a bus stop and beach. The pool was amazing and there was entertainment in the evenings. Although the room was spacious and well equipped with a useful kitchenette and large bathroom with plenty of hot water it was let down by the uncomfortable beds. We were on half board and although the breakfasts were excellent, the evening meals were not so as the hot dishes were only just warm, and the soups were tasteless. A good thing to mention is that drinking water...
