"location is nearest from the seafood morning market just 1 second .Also nearby from the JR station walking 5 mins.The hot spring outside poor with full Harbour view and very romantic sunset view . Room size is more biggest more than other stay tokyu rooms.By the way,lounge basis at 17th floor wz free coffee and comfortable seats with full Harbour view. Highly recommend this hotel for all visitors used."

"This pension is located near Hakodate station, morning market and harbor. There are cute cats living the property. The building is not modern but well maintained. I choose a room with private bath.Very clean and enough amenities such as face wash, and make up remover and more. Curfew is 12:00am but there are not so many night activities in the area. I will definitely stay again."

Rooms were clean, a/c worked very well, loved the area… felt safe, close to train stations, bus stops, street car stops, shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants & sightseeing areas were a few minutes away. "A little away from town center and train station but street cars go to property. Hotel nice and beds good but the bathroom is small and hard to use. Great price for in suite room with kitchenette and balcony. The breakfast are excellent and well priced to select that option"
