"Had an excellent stay in the Club Executive suite, spacious, good separation from sitting room area and bedroom. The views were great and amazing sunset captured. Executive club was a godsend, somewhere to relax with a drink and nibbles between the back and forth of visiting tourist sites. The staff were all amazing and were always very helpful. Very good job with laundry too. If we return to Osaka, will definitely stay again."

"We had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental Osaka. The staff was amazing - helping with taxis, restaurant reservations and luggage transfer. We loved the area - plenty of dining and shopping in the area and a short walk to the subway. The room was large with a walk-in closet. We enjoyed breakfast - many different options and they assisted with my food allergy. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice, modern rooms. AC was great, one of the few hotels where you couldn’t hear it while working. WiFi worked well. Friendly staff. It does take 15 minutes to walk to Osaka main station, but it’s close to Fukushima station - 5/6 minutes. Breakfast was nice but it would be great to have a bit more choice on some of the days."

"We stayed during a construction period and experienced zero issues with noise, staff was extra helpful and accommodating as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Osaka. 5 minutes from the station and major shopping areas cannot beat it."
