Morgenmaden bød på et stort udvalg af næsten alt, man kunne ønske sig. Personalet gjorde en ekstra indsats for at vejlede os og hjælpe med at finde gode vandreruter i området, og den personlige betjening gennem hele opholdet var noget helt særligt. "The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue. Made us feel welcomed "

"Das Hotel ist direkt am Wörthersee mit Zugang zum baden. Der Unterhalt und Personaleinsatz ist sehr Kosten optimiert, so dass es auffällt. Es ist ein Gruppenhotel mit grossen Zimmern, teils mit Seesicht. Blick aufs Schlosshotel Velden. Velden sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Was ganz toll war, ist die Tiefgarage mit Zugang zu den Zimmern."

"Beautiful hotel. Our room faced the promenade side of the lake and got the sun in the afternoon. Views were stunning, its a gorgeous place. Breakfast was excellent. Loads of variety, enough to keep you full until dinner. The private beach and allocated sunbeds for the duration was a particular highlight as was the beach bag you were given to use. Staff were nice, everything was clean and I really enjoyed it."
