"This hotel is a must for anyone visiting Amsterdam! The location is ideal near the Leidseplein ( 1 block) right on several tram lines and a 5 minute walk from the Risksmuseum. The bloom market is three blocks away. The staff was wonderfully helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. The coffee lounge was clean and welcoming with afternoon pastries. Just outside was a stop for evening canal boat rides. I wholeheartedly give this an excellent rating."

"Good size room, bathroom was small But fine. Great, great location. Hotel bar/cafe across the street. Only negative is the crazy steep staircase. Fine for young fit people, might be a Serious issue for older or physically challenged people. Same is true for a lot of Amsterdam"
