Breakfast spread was one the best we have experienced in Italy. Massage service at the spa was wonderful. Bathtub may be difficult for elderly and or persons with mobility issues, at least in our room."

Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! "The rooms are comfortable if not small, typical for Genoa. The lift up to 3 floor is small and quirky but in my opinion gives the hotel a little extra. Security is good utilising a PIN code for front door in street and the reception to hotel"
