They are not mean and offer a lounge service with some free snacks and coffee/tea. The lounge is very cozy and can spend more than an hour to relax there. The room is very clean and the decoration inside gives a warm and home-welcoming feeling. Never have been a good hotel for a long time. Thanks Okko Nice Airport and the staff! "

"My Thea’s ready when we arrived but my travelling companions room was not, in fact it was still occupied. Julianna was mortified and did everything she could to rectify the problem.
