"Room on the small side but ideal for me a solo traveller and comfortably appointed but a lack of storage space for clothes if staying for several days. Location of hotel is ok but you have to walk some distance to find a decent bar or restaurant in the local area( the one in the hotel is fine for a light meal or snack)"

"Hotel was very convenient whilst attending the European Rugby Finals and exploring Bilbao. Rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs though the configuration of the bathroom area was slightly unusual! Breakfast on our first morning was very basic so we ate elsewhere after that (Definitely recommend the nearby Bramar). Staff attitudes were quite mixed!"

"Everything was superb! We wanted more space and booked a bigger room. It was so worth it, especially since we were there during a heatwave and spent time at the hotel when it was too hot outside. The whole hotel had perfect air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, on the top floor with a big roof terrace outside. The cleaning was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful."
