"Excellent location if you are truly going to be a tourist in Boston. Easy to get to absolutely everything including Beacon Hill and the north end. Modern, well appointed lobby and rooms, clean. You’re able to launch your apps onto the TV… Something I just learned to do so that was exciting.. Dormin and Bell boys greeted you at the door all day long. Incredibly friendly staff. Attached to a coffee shop/pastry shop, which was certainly nice in the morning. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon. It's about as close as you can get to the finish line. Great view of the Public Garden. Everything is new and clean. Luxurious, but the staff are friendly and not snooty like some of the fancy Boston hotels."

Smart room controls are so much better than old thermostat you can’t understand and you don’t have to get up every time you want yo turn something on or off."

"Location was very convenient. Multiple restaurants to choose as well as local landmarks, such as Fenway Park and Copley square. Staff was extremely helpful, although much communication was digital rather than in person. But it was effective. We appreciated the continental breakfast especially the coffee. The Nespresso and Keurig choices were outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit."
