"Second stay in a couple of weeks. Road side of hotel is fairly noisy, but very helpful staff moved us to Room 523 on the opposite side of the building - much quieter! Spacious room, mattresses a little soft, shower excellent with great water pressure. Average breakfast essentially the same every day, but outstanding coffee from Costa machines."

"Rooms are clean enough, but the furniture is stained and the hallway smells like smoke and urine. It’s unbelievable they call what we had a “premium room”. Staff are unhelpful and were somewhat hostile about our larger vehicle. Avoid this place if possible."
