"I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage. Anyway that was the option they gave me. At about 0100 in the morning, my room had 3-4 inches of water. I got up to look and found the room next...

"The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our four-day stay. We could sit at our breakfast table in the morning, take in a great view, and watch all the birdlife. The hotel is just outside of Manizales, so it was easy to get into the city with our rental car and close to other sites in the area as well. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it."
