"If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance to Yankee Stadium this is a the hotel you should consider. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast although not a lot of options is made fresh daily. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. No street noise even though we were on the street side which I appreciated since I’m a light sleeper. They have a water refill station in the lobby. The subway station is a short uphill walk that will take you into Manhattan."

"The Edge is a great hotel. Very clean, great friendly staff and convenient location. While the room was small because it is New York City, there was a great use of space and had all you needed in the room including a Kureig coffee maker. The fitness center and lounge in the lower level were great as well. Definitely recommend!"

"For NYC area, this place is very reasonable. For one, parking is free. That is HUGE. The front desk people are accommodating. My room smelled like smoke a little but that isnt the hotel fault in my opinion. "

"We were there for ComicCon so it was a cheaper option. Very plain when walking in. So maybe more decoration? The rooms were very clean as well as the bathroom. TV options very limited unless you put in your own codes.for streaming channels. It was a bit further from the convention center than we wanted but it worked for the one night we were there. The woman that was working was very nice."

"At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. "

"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"

"Mold in the closets. Three cockroaches during a 2 nights stay. Gym is not really a gym but 3 running treadmill and one machine and that’s in. In the good sides staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are huge and highly equipped. If not for the mold / cockroaches / lack of maintenance probably could be a great hotel, definitely for family with kids."
