"Tivemos um problema com a reserva. O proprietário não sabia que havíamos feito a reserva e por isso não nos esperava. No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar."

"The best view of Villa La Angostura. Family of 5 stayed at a deluxe cabin with a view. Very clean, excellent location if you rent a car, modern and spacious cabin. It had all kitchen utensils and appliances needed for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely recommend! "

"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hostel. Staff were fantastic, really helpful, welcoming and approachable. Having simple breakfast included was also great. Room was spacious, lots of hanging space and the heated floor was fantastic! Common area is great space and nice place to chill out in the evening and kitchen is well equipped. There is a room to hand wash laundry. Our only feedback was that the bathmat was a bit stained but everything else was clean. We would without doubt stay here...
