"The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The room had an Ecuadorian wood trim look. I was well attended to by the staff and the hotel was beautiful with an indoor atrium and a large restaurant that served breakfast. The hotel is at the edge of the historic district of town and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and art related museums and sites. I was safe as the hotel was secure. I recommend staying...

"I was in a spacious room with a king bed, large bathroom, staff very friendly, clean . Good breakfast. The sofa in the room was old, the extractorin the bathroom was not functioning which they were going to change ."

"I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!"

"The hotel in accommodations were fine the staff was good. My problem was the safety of the shower. The floor tiles were very slick to the foot. The shower doors were glass. I worked in a hotel and we had a guest die from slipping, falling through the glass, cutting himself and bleeding out. (in fairness, the guest was hammered drunk) I didn't shower there, and won't return for this reason alone."

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
