Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!"

"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

"Excellent stay at HNR Hotel El Hamma. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The location is also convenient for both business and leisure trips.
