"I just wanna give a shout out to the front desk lady and also the gentleman helping with parking on 9 August 1, 2026. The gentleman helping with parking was so kind and made a fabulous first impression and got me the best parking spot around. Then when we had a small uncontrollable issue in our room with the AC lady at the front desk was very helpful on helping us get situated in a new room.
