From the welcoming and very rude girl at the front desk, to bad with Steen's all over to very dirty badroo m with brown ,yellow, and green tolets Outside was no security what so ever. After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more.
