The staff were very helpful—every time we returned to the hotel with shopping bags, they would carry them for us and even help bring them up the stairs. Even in the heat, they offered us water to keep us hydrated. It felt very safe and truly like a home away from home."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived. Some reviews said Exit 5 but actually the elevator is between Exit 5 and 4 so you might miss it like I did. Also it's on Line 1 so...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. Please keep in mind that you will need an adaptor for the outlets. There is also only one key card given for the hotel, but you can place a random card in the slot to keep the power running while you are out. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is even a restaurant on the main lobby of the hotel. Taxis are able to pick you up in the front entrance, and a subway station is less than a five minute walk away. I would stay here again!"

"We have stayed in Western Coop for several times during our visit to Seoul. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The most attractive to us is its self-serve laundry facilities which are very important during our 9 days tour in Seoul. Location is very convenient as we liked to walk around markets and shopping malls in Dongdaemun. We will continue to choose Western Coop in Seoul. "
