"This is a quaint 7 room boutique hotel located in Palermo soho. My room was big, very clean and the staff was great, they arrange for my transportation from the airport, book a tango show for me and provided any other assistance I need. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. The owner Alejandro did an asada class at his other property which was a 8 minute walk the I would highly recommend. "Honestly, the perfect hotel! Room was very clean and smelled of lemon each day after room service. Hotel staff was always available and front door was kept locked for great security. Lovely outdoor seating for both the delicious breakfast and terraces. But 100/10 for location. Lots of delicious food, park for walking, and central for shopping. "I have stayed in Casa Joseph five times from 2024 to 2026. Very helpful front desk, especially Nacho. They stored our luggage while we went to Patagonia, Antarctica, and Iquazu Falls. Great location in Palermo. Close to many good eating places. When returning to Buenos Aires, we will stay in Casa Joseph again. "

"Great 3 day stay in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Beautifully designed rooms. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Roa Bar) was a 10 out of 10 for dinner. The service was great from the staff. My only negative feedback is that the walls are a bit thin so you will hear your neighbors talking to some degree. "
