"Vorsicht vor dieser Unterkunft! Die Chefin tritt ungepflegt und genauso unfreundlich auf. Bei Ankunft hatte sie behauptet, dass Expedia meine Vorauszahlung nicht weitergeleitet hätte, was im Nachhinein gelogen war. Ich musste vor Ort ein weiteres Mal bezahlen. Nach späterer Reklamation wurde ich wiederum auf unfreundliche Weise von ihr hingehalten. Im Mailverkehr wird man von ihr geduzt und absolut überheblich behandelt. Nie wieder buche ich diese Unterkunft und kann nur jeden davor warnen!"

"We stayed for the third Advent weekend in the family room (sleeps 4). The interiour is a little old-fashioned but all was very clean and nicely done up. The service was excellent, staff and owners are very friendly, flexible, caring and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of cold food and one hot dish that changed daily. Good variety of fruit, juices and hot drinks. "

"Fantastic place. Not fancy, but clean, friendly and just a great stay! Restaurant closed Mondays, but a nearby restaurant "Klippe" took care of us:-) after dark, we had to figure out to use the side door with our key card, but got it to work. Breakfast was great, staff amazing. Ate at restaurant the next day and it was fabulous! Also- the 'conference room' area has an honorary system: take a snack, beer or wine and deposit some cash into a little piggy bank! Love it!!!!"

"Great room with a balcony facing the forest. Location is just 5 minutes walking from the Altstadt. Kind personnel and comfortable rooms, including bed and pillows. Very warm as well. Breakfast was great quality and buffet. "

"Jeg boede på hotellet i en uge, sammen med min søn. Han sidder i kørestol så derfor er det vigtigt at tingene fungerer. Det var et fantastisk sted og alt fungerer, beliggenheden er også perfekt udgangspunkt til udflugter og byen super hyggelig. Værelserne og indretningen er gennemført og nyt og lækkert. Ekstra lækkert var saunaen."

Die Essensauswahl am morgen wie auch am Abend mit der von Uns gewählten Halbpension war Klasse. (Incl. Getränke ...wow ! ) Hier findet jeder etwas, und wer da etwas zu meckern hat, dem ist echt nicht mehr zu helfen. "Es war der hervorragendste Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen. Wirklich ganz toll gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Hotel kann man losstarten. Das Essen und die Drinks des Hotels waren vorzüglich, so wie das ganz tolle Personal! Grüße gehen raus an Manuel, der sich wirklich hervorragend gekümmert hat und versteht, was Service bedeutet. Auf jeden meiner Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Der perfekte Ort zum runterkommen in den Bergen. Danke! "
