The customer service is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were blown away by the welcoming, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. Our stay at the Vivanta Miramar was truly enjoyable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was good both at the buffet breakfast and the in room dining. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the food as they were missing their good ole pizzas :) All up this place is perfectly located and has the best amenities and service one could hope for to enjoy a relaxed vacation

The hotel and room we stayed in was furnished to a high quality, very modern, comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay at JuSTa! It was a very nice stay-highly recommend.

Great location for a small break. Located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was comprehensive (despite recent LPG shortages). Staff were very courteous and greeted us every time we passed them. Premises were kept clean. Amenities were provided and replenished regularly or on demand. String Wi-Fi signal. Have no hesitation in recommending this for family or business trips.

This is the second time we have stayed here, a comfortable hotel only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is great and the rooms are very comfortably appointed.

A very well appointed clean hotel with good rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. A request for room clean up after two days was enthusiastically accepted but didn't eventuate. Asked again on day three, same response but didn't happen. A tad frustrating. I'm sure just a little confusion underpinned what was an excellent stay. The Hotel is about ten minutes by Taxi to the entertainment centre of town. That said it is centrally located to other amenities of the city. Recommended.

We had a great week here at this lovely hotel! A great room, very comfy bed and great service, really brilliant pool (far better than the beach), good gym, good range of food and breakfast and very good dinner and drinks at night - all reasonably priced for this standard. Also good wifi and at no additional cost. Not on the beach, but only a 5-10 min walk and it's nice to be a bit away from the busyness of the beach. Great service ,friendly staff and clean comfortable room, just noisy guests in adjoining rooms and some kind of alarm going off in the early morning hours was rather disturbing
