"Interactions with Reception were always slow and transactional, going through the motions like robots. Older decor throughout but room was spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed the 11am checkout time. Would stay again if price was right"

Took my wife away for a birthday long weekend. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room, on the 2nd floor was beautifully appointed, spacious and had all the thing needed to make it home from home, including a nespresso machine and a well stocked mini bar.
Our first twist was in the form of a high profile political person, so the hotel had a fair number of "agents" around. Despite this, the staff always made us feel we were the main focus of...

The bed was super comfortable, the space clean, tidy, and stylish. I had a room right on the top floor with large windows and I found it super cosy and relaxing. The location was incredibly useful and I walked everywhere! If you are a light sleeper sensitive to noise, then the earplugs provided will probably be your friend - although I didn't hear a huge amount of noise from outside, there was a low level hum of exhaust fans running near my room and I could quite clearly hear a young child next...

This was my first stay at Sojourn and when I was leaving yesterday I said to my partner that I could not fault it and we would def stay again. We love the Cuba Street Culture, so if that is not for you then maybe not. It was close to everything, def walkable to all the spots that we love. The hotel it self is amazing and I love the attention to detail. Staff, environment, amenities were all excellent and I really could not fault

We had a brilliant stay at the Intercontinental. Highly recommend the Club Room and the staff. The pool and hot tub are dated and need maintenance. Would definitely visit again. Great location and comfort.
