"Staff was Exceptional!!!"

"My room was clean and had a rolling chair by a desk, and a small arm chair. The guest laundry room was clean and spacious, though I didn't use it. There was also small business center with a computer and printer. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and I could hear people letting their doors slam, so consider earplugs. I felt safe and comfortable. I also loved the citrus soaps they stick for guests."

"Dicks is right across the street for a cheap nice burger. Love checking in with this staff. "

"Room had an awesome view of space needle. Top floor terrace is must see. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was amazing with variety. Will definitely stay again for events or touring beautiful Seattle."

"A fast food restaurant was nearby. Bus stops were nearby. It was an eight minute walk from Space Needle to the hotel. Streetcars were nearby. Honestly, they offered me an early check-in, which was a good thing. The room was clean. I stored my luggage and baggage before doing adventure stuff at the pier, such as Argosy Cruise. After the cruise, I grabbed a quick lunch before heading to Lumen Field for a tour. Free breakfast was necessary. The dining room was next to the fitness center. The fitness center was clean and useful for exercising. There were streaming services on TV such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. I even watched my own videos on YouTube while on bed. There was free Wi-Fi without the password. No maid service was necessary. Overall, it was well worth it."

"The check-in was smooth, the room was clean, the rooftop bar had amazing views. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The night staff was not able to accept U$ cash payment. It had to go on my credit card. I took that to be a sign that the facility was cutting back on staff training and quality. In the morning when I needed to get another packet of decaf the front desk was deserted. I finally found room service on my floor and they were happy to oblige. If you can find a better deal, take it. There was no charging on site for electric cars. Not even a 120v plug!"
