"Det er ganske enkelt det bedste hotel vi har boet på. Vi var der fra d. 1/3 til 10/3 2026 da vi ikke kunne flyve retur til Danmark pga. krigen i Mellemøsten. Personalet er fantastisk og de yder en service vi ikke har oplevet før andre steder. Værelset var god størrelse, rent og udsigt over byen og havet. Et flot poolområde og en restaurant med et meget stort udvalg af mad af høj kvalitet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage."

"This is far from a 4* hotel. The property is VERY run down and so many things are broken. It needs urgent repairs but nobody seems to be bothered. Staff at check in were not bothered at all, take it or leave it attitude. The doorman/porter was the only nice person. Check-in was at 2pm I arrived at 5pm waited for a hour and my room was still not ready. After 2 hours still nothing but nobody was bothered, so I went elsewhere. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in "

"The TV, internet and hot water did not work during my stay. I complained but it took so long for someone to come and try and fix. There was flies in the restaurant "

"Yes, I had an ocean view and balcony and the spa was lovely! Thanks to Lin who is amazing!"

"The hotel itself was of a great standard and I loved the rooftop views and the infinity pool. The staff were also very helpful. I was somewhat disappointed however by the room which didn't feel up to 5 star standard and seemed rather dated."
