"Nice, clean hotel right in the heart of the city. Convenient location. Nice, accommodating staff. Breakfast was ok, but there are plenty of cafes in the area if you decide not grab a bite outside the hotel. They are doing construction in front of the hotel which was a bit noisy, but the windows provided good sound insulation. "

"An absolute fantastic stay, made more special by the hotel, its staff, the location and the standard of hotel. Wonderful room, junior suite with all the amenities you would expect, spacious, spotless, wonderful bed, double shower, mini-bar, coffee making etc.
What made the stay wonderful was the politeness, friendliness of the reception staff, super helpful and even more so, it was my partners birthday and the housekeeping staff must have seen the birthday card I had given her on the bedside stand, and that evening there was a knock at the door with a bottle of fizz and chocolates compliments of the staff, an amazing wonderful gesture and example of excellent customer service and communication between departments within the hotel.
The location of hotel is perfect too, within the Gothic Quarter and so convenient to walk around town. Cannot praise this hotel enough. "
