"It was like staying in paradise!! The staff was great. Especially Ashley the valet girl was amazing her personality and good energy was felt from the very beginning. The staff and concierge were great as well. The pool and beach area were kept very well. "

Bed fitted sheet was missing, only one flat sheet was placed.Bathroom towel bar loose and comes apart when towel we’re placed on it. Front desk personnel were willing to help but it was not on their hands. Housekeeping staff need training and uniforms they were not identified. "
"Our door wasn’t able to be locked from the inside, making our overnight stay feel unsafe. There is a parking lot (paid) across the street and there was an attendant there but he was asleep.
Overall, I would not recommend because it didn’t feel safe. "
"Everything about our stay was great, except the pigeon problem. Invading pigeons every time we tried to sit on the patio and pigeon droppings ALL OVER the patio. Other than that, staff was great, service was great, pool and beach great. "
