The romantic city of Albufeira is full of attractions, such as Albufeira Old Town Square and Falesia Beach, and is loved for its beaches and restaurants.

"Our first time in Lisbon, the MOA hotel was very clean and our room was large. The shower was amazing and huge but the lighting in the bathroom was awful.
Although we booked a suite, there were no essentials at all. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle but were only provided with paper cups, which is no big deal, but we were there for a few days and would have preferred mugs to prevent using disposable cups.
We asked for cutlery to eat a meal we brought in, the front desk lady said she would send it up. Never arrived.
The staff were friendly, the location was fine but there could have been better options for a suite.

"The reception area was hard to find at first but the staff was amazing and helped us with all of our needs. The rooms are not huge but well appointed for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was good. We would stay here again."
"I truly don't understand why this hotel has a lot of good reviews. It is definitely overrated from my point of view.
First of all, tray charge is €8.50 for room service no matter what you order. The room service guy we called didn't tell us about the tray charge and charged us directly when serving food. He also delivered to the wrong room and we ended up waiting 1 hour for a french fries! The tray charge isn't shown in the digital menu (from QR code) either until you go to the final page. I called the front desk and the lady promised a refund but they got communication issue and this whole refund thing was forgotten when checking out until I told them again...
Also, you need to pay to access the swimming pool, €15 for 3 hrs or €20 for 2 days. Or if you are Hilton member, it is €10 for 3 hrs or €15 for 2 days. The fee is extremely non-transparent that it isn't displayed in any of the Expedia, hotel.com or agoda travel agency websites so I definitely didn't know I need to pay to go swimming in a five-star hotel when I book it! The fee table is also nowhere to be seen unless you email them directly to ask. The pool and sauna area are generally clean but the corridor is quite dark and one of the saunas is completely dark with no light at all, which is kinda weird."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive.
The location is perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The Elevador restaurant was also excellent, with great food and service. I loved my stay, have already recommended it, and will definitely be back. One of my best travel experiences."
