"The room was clean and we had sufficient toiletries. The buffet breakfast was great with a good variety of hot dishes, pastries, fruit and coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful, especially Yoci, Jose and Diana. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Location is right by busy San Pedro market and it is loud with traffic and people, but worse off, all through the night - very loud disturbances. 2nd night i transfered to another room more in the corner.. i was awaken at 4 am by tons of clanging and scraping on some part of the property foundation. Extrwmely frustrating because Cusco requires ypu rest to have a better breathing experience. Now i join my group vscation tour exhausted. Some staff were very helpful, other night staff were a bit rude and condescending. I was singing this hotels praises....until the night. Disappointed. And breakfast is not kept hot. It is ice cold if you dont arrive immediately im assuming. Interior is beautiful. Roof view is awkward and just ok. But interior beauty is not enough if not functional."
