The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

Beautiful resort absolutely stunning views

This was our 2nd stay and it didn’t disappoint. Both times we have stayed 1 night as a stop over between flights. The service is excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Our room was great quality, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff at EQ were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Expedia said there was an airport shuttle. There wasn’t so this was an additional unplanned cost

Great bedroom size and amenities eg large fluffy bath towels, water, snacks. Very courteous staff.

What a fantastic hotel. It has a very trendy vibe and is exceptional value. The hotel is situated on the fringe of Chinatown, with a great roof top bar and pool. Although the rooms are small they have used the space efficiently. Plenty of room for luggage, with good quality linen and comfortable bed and pillows. The Hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. One small negative is the noise from the railway line. Request a room at the back of the hotel and you should be fine.

Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. The location of this property could not have been better for dining options, shopping, and transport. All staff were always cheerful and helpful. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I hope to return.
